Oooohh..Picasa…Picasa…I loveeeee it..~!
I’ve been using it for since last year. (My BF suggested it to me). But I prefer Adobe Photoshop.
Picasa is actually a software where you can get it for FREE directly from here . Install it, and then just go ahead explore each of the features in it. When you launch Picasa, you can immediately organize and edit the photos on your hard drive. Picasa can also help import pictures from your camera. You can also try sharing pictures online with Picasa Web Albums.
To get started, simply select photos that you'd like to share, and press the 'Upload' button. Try adding name tags to your photos on Picasa and you can also edit the pictures by choosing features like ‘I’m feeling lucky’, ‘Saturation’, ‘Black n White’, and also ‘Glow’.
In Picasa, you can also create your own videos! How? Download Picasa, then add up some pictures, and Walla! You can start select the pictures that you want to make as a video. Click here to watch mine!
P/S- I highly recommend PICASA for those who’d like to create videos using their edited photos in PICASA. It’s very user friendly!
Other feature in Picasa is ‘Collage’. Collage is rather a simple technique in arranging the pictures based on your own creativity. You can rotate the pictures, jumble it up and even select one of the pictures to use it as the background of your collage. I've created some collages. Feel free to view 'em in 'Reflections' section.
